Vendor agrees to provide own supplies, (tent, grills, tables, chairs, signage, product and other necessary items for this event, and assume responsibility of set-up and to keep area clean and
Vendor is also responsible to obtain and maintain all necessary licenses, permits and insurances
required by law.
All vendors hereby agree to indemnify the City of Utica, The Genesis Group, and all event sponsors, volunteers, agents, and officers associated with the 2019 Independence Day activities, and hold them harmless from any and all claims, damages, actions, liabilities and expenses arising from or out of any loss, damage to property, or injury to any persons which may be due to any act of omission of said event participants, or their agents, contractors, volunteers or employees. This agreement is executed by the authorized representative of the respective organization or business, and shall serve to bind all persons associated with the aforementioned event. It shall be the responsibility of the undersigned to inform all persons associated with said unit as to the terms of this agreement including the liability and all matters relating to conduct during the event.. Failure to adhere to this agreement, may result in immediate and/or future removal of the Independence Day activities.
